Poway, CA - Southern California ASA has announced a new player card system that state will help with player classification but will also secure that player with insurance. The basics of the system stated that players will apply for their Individual Player Card at a cost of $25.00 a year. Remember back in grade school when all the players would line up and captains would pick away? We'll a group of players in Arizona are doing just that... going back to basics.
